As a certified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I gently guide you into this visualization using breathwork and relaxation to activate your subconscious. Once you're in this space, we begin to work with the imagery that arises—shifting, clearing, or transforming what shows up to reflect your desired internal state.
