What Is Somatic Healing?
Sound and somatic healing is a gentle, experiential approach that taps into the wisdom of your body to release emotional energy, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
By working with the body’s felt sense—its physical sensations, emotions, and subtle energy—we can begin to shift the patterns that talk therapy alone might not fully reach. I also integrate IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) into these sessions, which allows us to target and gently shift specific emotional imprints stored in the body and subconscious mind, without needing to relive past experiences.
Together, these modalities help us listen in, release what no longer serves you, and return to a place of inner calm and clarity.
The Role of Sound in Somatic Healing
Sound carries frequency. And frequency affects everything.
In our work together, I may incorporate tuning forks, vocal tones, music, or frequency-based meditations to support your healing process. These vibrations help regulate your nervous system, recalibrate your energy, and create coherence within.
Sound works beautifully alongside IEMT, as it creates a sense of safety and spaciousness in the body—allowing emotional imprints to surface and gently resolve. When sound meets emotion in the right frequency, true transformation can begin. It opens space, invites safety, and in that space, true transformation can begin.

Each session is customized to meet you exactly where you are—mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically.
You’ll be welcomed into a safe, grounded space where I’ll guide you using a blend of practices such as:
